Piera is an absolute pro when it comes to buying a house. We met with her about a year before we even bought our new house. She laid out our options and helped us develop a plan that would put us on the road to home ownership. When it came time to pull the trigger on a house, she helped us navigate the world of multiple offers and helped us end up with our dream home. She continues to follow up with us, even as we zoom past our 1 year anniversary of our new home. Here’s my advice- don’t be afraid to reach out, even if a home is not in your immediate plans. Piera can help you in so many ways before, during, and after the process. I wish I could give her 10 stars.

Dec 2020 update: Once again, Piera came through for us in a big way! Knowing that we eventually wanted to sell our condo, she put feelers out and found a buyer for us in less than a day on the market. Less than a day! Her social media marketing prowess is unmatched, and in 2021, that’s what you need to separate from the pack. She backs it up with an expertise of real estate and the ability to keep you from freaking out 24/7. As David Rose would agree, if not for the fact that he’s a fictional character, she’s simply the best!

I would be the first to say I’m not the easiest client on the face of the planet. I have anxiety, I need quick answers, and pretty consistent reassurance that everything is and will be fine. Those certainly aren’t easy promises to make in the real estate business, but I can tell you that Piera kept me at ease and was consistently good at reassuring my wife and I through the entire process. It was a great experience and one I will not soon forget. Not only did we have a 5 star experience, but we also made a good friend in the process. She was and is well qualified to lead you down that rocky road to a satisfying ending. And, for us it was a rocky road because of a long and difficult battle to have necessary sewer work completed.

Piera was awesome to work with! She found us our home within a few days. We were first time homebuyers and were completely clueless to the process. She answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly (and there were a lot). She made the home buying process a breeze. We received a very nice wood tray with our names and the year we bought our home on it. Since buying our home she’s given us pies at Thanksgiving, wrapping paper at Christmas, and even gave us a wedding gift. She really treats her clients like friends. If we would decide to buy another home I would go with Piera again. I highly recommend her!
