We really enjoyed to work with Preshina, from the first appointment she was on time, easy going, very forward and honest about what to expect. I loved that Preshina brought all the information to us and explain us all the information from A to Z on the sale of our home but what I loved the most is that she listened our point of view and worked in our best interest. Preshina is an absolute beast. She helped me buy my first home. Then, a few years later, helped me buy my second home at a great deal before it even hit the market! In doing this, she helped me lease out my previous home at an incredible 46% return to two different tenants over 2 years. She then followed this up by selling my home for 34% more than I paid for it. She orchestrated all of these moves by constantly keeping me and my investments in mind. This is why I say she is an absolute beast. I refer her over and over to anyone that needs a realtor and she never ceases to impress. Highly recommend Preshina!
