Pres received his first award for salesmanship and customer service delivering newspapers at dawn. Later, while attending college at the State University of Albany (SUNYA,) he began his courtship with the corporate world while moonlighting on his bachelor’s degree studies. Not afraid of hard work and used to rolling up his sleeves he was quickly promoted through the ranks at UPS (United Parcel Services,) from package loader to management. Pres completed his degree, and that same year began his sales career employed by Andersen Windows and Doors. A career spanning 17 years. He offers clients a seasoned knowledge of Greenville/Spartanburg and surrounding areas an intimate understanding of what makes each distinct residential niche so special and unique. A client for many years of Century 21 Blackwell and Company Realty Inc., Pres felt he could put his twenty-five plus years of building materials, project management, and customer service skills to use as a real estate agent.
