Kyle McGee is a dynamic entrepreneur with 10 years of Real Estate development and investment experience. He founded Sunchase Companies and to date, the company has built over 100 homes, completed $30M worth of development projects, closed over $150M Real Estate transactions and currently owns and manages 314 apartment units.

As the Founder and CEO of Sunchase, Kyle is focused on growing Sunchase into the leading full-service Real Estate company along the Gulf Coast. He spends the majority of his time building the company’s winning culture, developing long-term strategy and fostering strategic relationships.

Kyle graduated with Finance and Management degrees from Florida State University and is involved with many local organizations in the Pensacola area. He is passionate about his faith, family & business and loves spending time with his wife Peyton and three boys - Clark, Camden & Brooks.
