Our family worked with Nickie Trunnell to purchase a home in Alamosa and had an excellent experience with her. We were coming from out of state and she was very helpful in showing us homes remotely at the beginning of our search. Eventually, we were able to do on-site visits, and she was an excellent resource in working through our many questions about schools, areas of town, utility providers, etc. The closing process was seamless. Overall, she made a very stressful process much easier to manage as she was very responsive to calls and texts, getting answers to our questions, and working with the seller. And now that we've been in town for a few months, she continues to be a helpful resource within the community.

We put our home up for sell at Porter Realty, they give us a few pointers on what to do and helped us figure out just what we wanted and what would be a good starting point on our selling price. Our home sold within 3 months and we were happy with the sell, we had got just what we were asking and we enjoyed out visit and set downs we had with the sellers and the buyers..
