I highly recommend using Prince’s services to buy a house. My husband and I have used other realtors in the past as we moved a few times and while everyone else were fine, Prince was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. He was very patient and made sure we were considering all aspects before making a decision on which house to buy. When we made our decision, he helped us negotiate and get our house for less than the appraisal. He was always checking if we needed helped with the process even after the closing when we had a couple of things the previous owner needed to take care of. Always professional and friendly.

After some good and some not so good experiences with realtors, we were very fortunate to find Prince Raassi. Buying or selling a house can be very stressful, but Mr. Raassi was always available to provide guidance and advice. He helped allay our concerns, and we are extremely grateful that he was willing and able to provide upsides and downsides of our potential decisions.

Mr. Raassi dealt with our concerns and questions with patience and good humor. During the whole process, he kept in touch with us through emails, texts, and phone calls updating us on the process and ensuring that all necessary documents had been received and submitted.

With his guidance we found a wonderful home that we hope to enjoy for many years. Buying the right new home was a cause of anxiety, but Mr. Raassi smoothed the way. Buying a house is a huge moment in your life and no one really prepares you for it, probably because there are so many details and steps! With it being such an intricate and important process, you must have someone knowledgeable taking care of everything. My family and I were absolutely spoiled with our Real Estate Agent, Prince Raassi. Prince took care of each and every thing and made it look easy. I will never know the ‘behind the scenes’ work he put in to get us our dream home. THAT’S HOW EASY HE MADE IT! He literally made it look easy. We just closed on the sale of our Maryland home. Prince and his partner for this transaction, Cathy Paulos, made this an exceptionally smooth and pain-free experience. We knew a long time ago that we wanted to work with Prince when we were ready to sell this home. My wife had worked with him before, so she was already familiar with his professionalism, his negotiating skills, and his unique passion for customer service. He and Cathy stepped up to handle almost every need as we prepared to put the home on the MLS. They met with contractors, staging firms, a bat removal specialist, and others. This was especially helpful since we were living outside of the area when our home went on the market. After just 4 days on the market, we had a ratified contract in place above our asking price. Even in that brief time, we were still able to enjoy a glimpse of Prince's social media marketing capabilities. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience, and we would recommend Prince Raassi to anyone seeking to sell or buy a home.

If you are looking for a realtor you can go ahead and stop now. Prince is the best. My husband and have purchased homes in other states and he has been the best so far.
