Let me start this review by stating that Job, himself, would not have had the patience Quentin had with me as his client, and for that I am grateful!!!

Quentin has been a friend for years. So naturally when I thought about selling my house, he was definitely who I wanted to use as my realtor. I’d broached the idea a couple of years before I finally decided to sell, and Quentin worked with me to help me prepare for that process. Fast forward two years later, and the process to sell my house was seamless. Quentin had the post in the yard, photographer booked, and we posted my house as “coming soon.” The offers started flooding in before we went live and we had an accepted offer within a couple days.

Now, I mentioned Job. This is where Quentin showed out! I sold my house in September 2021 and wanted to wait until the market cooled off before jumping back in. Well, I got impatient and started looking almost immediately. We viewed I can’t count how many houses. I found several houses, and even put in several offers that got accepted (he told me approximately 10), but the houses just didn’t feel right for me or the inspections revealed issues I wanted handled, but sellers were at the advantage because the market was so hot and they had cash offers in hand. Quentin worked with each realtor for each house I had a contract on (did I mentioned he told me approximately 10) over the next 16 months to make sure I didn’t get a house I was settling for and I got what I wanted. At one point, I thought he was going to fire me as a client and friend if he had to withdraw one more contract, but he stayed the course and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted!!!

I had given up hope, because prices weren’t coming down, rates were shooting up, and the market was pricing me out for the type of house I wanted. Well, fast forward a few months later, we found the perfect house. He made the deal happen in less than 30 days, per the sellers request. Quentin made sure EVERYTHING was in place to make the transaction happen and to my advantage. Even afterwards, he had contacts for every service that I could possibly think of, including painters, movers, alarm systems, lawn care, housekeeping, etc.

My experience with Quentin was remarkable. He is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and compassionate. I know no other realtor would’ve had the patience to deal with me and still ensure I got exactly what I was looking for, and for that I am very grateful for Quentin! So would I recommend Quentin for all of your real estate needs? Yes, I would without a doubt, because you will not find anyone better who has your best interest at heart!

Quentin is the epitome of Greatness as it relates to Real Estate.. I find it hard to properly articulate in words all that he was in this Home building process.. It's like he knew every question before I even uttered a word and presented me with instant Accurate answers. He provides service that one could only dream of. Quentin was absolutely amazing! I had cold feet and kept talking myself out of the home buying process, I told "Q" I'm not sure if I'm ready. He told me " You'll never be ready you just have to do it" I took that advice and started the process. I never thought I would be purchasing my first house at the age of 24. Never, did he ever get weary of us and like I've said in our previous post after closing on our home, we never felt like we were put on the back burner.
