Pleasant, efficient and always responsive. Tera met with us in person within 24 hours of reaching out initially to explore selling our condos. Tera was professional, approachable, always responsive, and provided great guidance on the local market. She was a strong advocate on our behalf when appropriate, and had a rapid response rate with each step (from getting our condos photographed and posted online, to giving us within-the-minute updates on the closing of our properties). I wish I could utilize Tera for my real estate interactions in other states. I highly recommend Tera and her team.
