Why you need Rabha as your agent:
1. YOU are family to Rabha. She cares avout what happens to you today, tomorrow, and concentrates on you, years from now.
2. She will give you the same thoughts she would give family when it comes to considering a home purchase; Rabha listens to your needs and considers your ultimate goals before advising on a purchase.
3. Rabha bends over backward to do everything in her power to make your purchase exceed expectation.
4. Rabha's knowledge of the local and surrounding market is spot on; Rabha will not waste your time with something that doesn't meet your needs today, or in the future, which includes overall cost.
4. Rabha will not tell you, as a buyer, what you want to hear, to make a sale; Rabha will encourage you to consider ALL aspects of a purchase before you decide to put in an offer.

That said, I contacted Rabha in early January, 2024; I signed on my first property 4.9.2024. Considering I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and have a list of needs to be met before any serious thought can be made in purchasing a home, need I say more?

Side note...I wad offered 60k over mortgage, cash, today for the home she was able to land me as a first time hime-buyer. First-timers, if trust is an issue, Rabha is your agent! I went through several before being fortunate enough to find her!
