Rachael went above and beyond getting my Hillsboro house sold. I was out of town so she did minor fix-ups herself to deal with eyesores. Her instructions to buyer agents set up competing bids and led to an accepted offer $35,000 above the list price. Rachael kept an eye on an in-progress concrete repair and she bird-dogged the buyers' mortgage broker to keep tabs on the deal when financing hit a snag. I'll list another property with her next year.

Well this was our first time buying a house and my goodness was it so confusing when we started the process by ourselves! When we were able to get Rachel as our realtor things did a complete 180’!! She was by our side throughout the whole process explaining the process, going to bat for us when we were going through our mortgage company!! Rachael was my realtor for the sell of my 1st home and the purchase of a new one. It was a REALLY bumpy ride, but Rachael was cool, calm and collected. She helped me during the emotional drama that comes with selling a home. She lead me to understand how selling my home was emotional for me, but a business transaction for the buyer. This was very hard for me at first. I was lucky to have her calming vibes around to keep me grounded. When it came to purchasing a new home, she was very adamant that I find what I like. Even when I was going to settle she reminded me to buy what I wanted, not what was just easy for me at the time. I appreciated her help with this, as the whole experience was so stressful. I'd never want to do it again, but if I did, I would use Rachael. Unfortunately, for her and me, we got some pretty unreasonable and I would say, down right nasty buyers. Remax stood behind Rachael and I both to help us thru the ordeal. So, if you are looking for a realtor and a friend with good moral standings and support, Rachael and the Remax team are a great choice.
