As out-of-state buyers, we reached out to Rachael based on her excellent reviews, and she lived up to her stellar reputation! We even called once awfully late at night (forgot about time difference) and she was still the epitome of warm professionalism. We were buying at the height of the Covid SIP, when inventory was very low, and properties going fast. She was on the ball with respect to timing, and went to the house we were interested in and facetimed the showing for us. She was thorough, asking for things from the seller on our behalf that we did not think to request, and yet cautious in making sure we were well informed on all issues. We whole-heartedly recommend Rachael to anyone needing a real estate agent; she was wonderful to work with!

Rachael is a magnificent agent!

We recently relocated from out of state and were incredibly lucky to have found her. As a detail oriented person, I knew I would need to find an agent with experience, strong communication, and above all...patience. Rachael went above and beyond on all counts. She is incredibly prompt at returning calls, texts, and emails. Above all Rachael is a sweetheart, honest, extremely punctual and professional. She has no problem speaking her mind and will genuinely have your best interest at heart at all times.

Rachael exceeded our expectations for a realtor. She was involved with our home search, first helping us look for an older home, and later when we decided on new construction. Her knowledge of the North Dallas neighborhoods, property values, appreciation potential and relationship with several home builders were invaluable. She was there whenever we needed her - to the point that we felt guilty asking her for more. She stood by us helping negotiate a better discount from the builder. She was there for the final inspection, even spending hours walking through the home for issues. She recommended a Home Inspector who did a very detailed / thorough job. We were glad to have Rachael on our side and very thankful to have found her. We would recommend her without question.

Rachael provided excellent service to us while finding a house for use in the Dallas suburbs. We were relocating, and had limited time to look at houses. She made the process efficient by sending us houses which matched our criteria, allowing us to make efficient use of our time. We bought a house from a corporate flipper, and Rachael did warn us about the pitfalls, most of which came true. Dealing with the flipper's broker to get them to address issues required much work on Rachael's part to keep the closing on track. Rachael also helped find a Real Estate agent in our area who met her standards of excellence.
