My name is Rachel Blankenship and I have been an active real estate agent since 2011. I specialize in new construction and existing sales and have an equal passion for both. Where do I begin! Rachel is such an amazing realtor! She helped us purchase our first home while she was on vacation states away! She helped us with every detail because we didn’t know where we were doing. She fought for our negotiations and stayed well within four prices we gave her. She was honest with my husband who was very hands off and not aware of the house prices increase from before 2020. She even gave us amazing recommendations for tradesmen, date nights, activities for our child & HONEST & factual opinions when asked. Moving from out of state we worked entirely virtually until our offer was accepted! She went above and beyond with our accommodations & crazy schedules! She even took the time to acknowledge my toddler when we were on the phone and he needed to say hi & when my in-laws over shared their life history with her!

I wish there were more professionals out there like Rachel & we can’t recommend her enough!
