My home buying experiment with Rachel Thomas was supportive, strategic, and aligned! Rachel listened to my needs and made sure I was seeing homes that only aligned to my wants and needs! Very intentional and directional. In the contract writing process, Rachel held her ground and handled a special circumstance of FSBO with grace, ease and strategy. All the elements to get me to approved offer in a competitive sellers market! Rachel definitely knows the layers of real estate and how to communicate for /to both parties. Questions were always answered with solutions.

I wouldn’t have chosen no one else for this crazy market! Love my realtor and proud of this experience and the support I had from Rachel! So grateful ❤️

If I ever buy another home Rachel would definitely be the person I call for my Realtor She was always available when ever I needed her day or night and trust we were not the easiest people to work with but she made me feel comfortable and assured me didn’t have to take anything I wasn’t comfortable with and we would continue to look as long as we needed I would definitely recommend her all my friends and family and strangers

I loved working with Rachel. I was a first time home buyer with no clue as to what I really wanted. After getting to know me a bit she was able to find me a home within my price range and located in a really convenient part of town for me. I now own a home that is only going to rise in value that’s centrally located near all of Louisville’s entertainment venues as well as best restaurants within 10 minutes of my job, and I can thank Rachel for that because I didn’t need to do any searching. Rachel was also very communicative, she was easy to reach, pretty much at any time that I needed her. Anything that popped up as a concern along the journey she immediately addressed and found a solution for. I highly recommend Rachel. She’s a thoughtful, easy to work with, and helpful realtor. Ms. Rachel Thomas was heaven-sent to us on our house buying/selling journey! She was referred to my husband and I from my husband’s coworker. We were already homeowners of our first home, but had no idea about selling and buying at the same time!

When we had our initial meeting, I was extremely impressed! She was dressed professionally, spoke professionally, and came prepared with questions and ready to take notes! She wanted to be clear about our expectations, our must-haves for our new home, and why we were wanting to sell! Ms. Rachel also does her homework!! She researched house comparisons to give us accurate suggestions on what price to sell our home and our house appraised for just that!

Concerning house-buying, she knew what our “must-haves” were and she only showed us homes that had them. Once we found the perfect home, she even made sure both closings (selling and buying) were on the same day to alleviate us having to find a temporary place to live. She did not waste our time! 😊

Most importantly, Ms. Rachel’s passion for what she does truly shined through throughout our entire journey. She was always patient, happily answered all of my questions (and if she didn’t know the answer she was honest about it and then researched it!), and last but not least, she is so down-to-earth and humble!

I absolutely have nothing negative I can say about her! Ms. Rachel Thomas has a gift and I highly recommend her!
