The Davenport Group and their entire team are such great people. They go to extremes to make their clients happy. They’re always ethical unlike the Mario Brothers that constantly work unground and hide in mysterious pipes…maybe Peach runs away from them and is not being kidnapped by Bowser…idk…but I do know that people RUN to the Davenport group for help with their real estate needs. I, Crash Bandicoot, am also a superior driver than the super Mario brothers and can easily drive to the beautiful house the Davenport group helped me purchase.

TDG is a phenomenal team! We’d been looking for a house for a while and not having any luck. We reached out to Lori for help and we’re so glad we did! We bought a home august of 2019 with the davenport group, our experience was less than spectacular to say the least.
When it came to looking for the right home, me and my husband were the ones finding the homes that we wanted to look at and not once were we sent a home asking if it would be anything we would like to look at . The experience was very much you doing the work for yourself it felt. During the negotiation process we made agreements that were not executed and not enforced by our realtor. When we were told we would be compensated, the realtor disappeared and communicated with us no longer then never compensated. Having friends that bought at the same time as us with a different realtor, we have heard extraordinary story's of what their realtor did to go above and beyond for them. Next time we will be taking our business to their realtor.
UPDATE: Thanks to Rachel Davenport my review has somewhat changed since my original post. I would definitely recommend using Rachel . She made our prior experience right after the fact, and was very fast in helping make the situation that occurred better as soon as possible. Thank you Rachel!

After using The Davenport Group to help sell my home in May 2018, it was a no-brainer who I was going to turn to when I was looking to purchase a home. Their professional team of qualified agents quickly set off to locating a home that met my exact specifications. Christina Young and her team kept an open line of communication with me throughout the entire process. They sent me weekly updates of homes via a company database, and were always willing to work around my schedule to view homes I found intriguing. This group of helpful professionals even assisted with resources I needed to complete the purchase, including lists of qualified inspectors, lending groups, and home insurance options. They made sure I was taken care of in all aspects of the purchase, which decreased any amount of stress associated with the purchase. I would highly recommend The Davenport Group, both as a seller of a home or as a buyer!
