As a seasoned military spouse, with seven military moves over the past 16 years, Rachel knows what it takes to find the right place to call home. With roots in Kentucky, she and her family moved to Catonsville, Maryland in 2018. Upon arrival, she quickly fell in love not only with life in the great “21228” but with everything Maryland has to offer.

Rachel’s passion for real estate began at a young age when she accompanied her Realtor mother to showings and open houses. These short glimpses into the home-buying process showed her the joy brought to families as they discovered their new homes. Seeing this stuck with her and led Rachel to want to bring the same joy to her clients.

Rachel graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Equine Business and a minor in marketing. Over the past 15 years, she has honed her marketing and sales professional skills, utilizing her talents in both the non-profit and private sectors. With Rachel's background in marketing and sales, she knows what it takes to ensure a successful transaction. Rachel provided outstanding service for our cross-country move from TX to MD. As a Military family buying sight unseen, we appreciated the focused attention and active communication during our search. She went above and beyond sending video tours and real-time FaceTime walkthroughs of all the homes on our short list. She also provided honest feedback and opinions on homes she did not feel lived up to the pictures or price. Rachel is amazing. We were lucky to have her as our agent when we purchased our first investment property. The property had lots of challenges; it was out of the area and had unique features requiring a lot of coordination between the lender and the seller's agent to get the deal done. Rachel was an incredible advocate for us and thought of everything! She guided us through the whole process and kept everything moving smoothly resulting in an on-time close!
