About Rachel

Rachel Holland moved to the Lawrenceville area in 2005 from New Orleans, LA. She earned a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration at The University of Akron in Akron, OH. In Akron she began her careers in managing campus residence halls and Christian ministry. Passionate about helping people achieve personal goals she assisted college students and continues to assist church members with Christian growth goals. With the encouragement of family members Rachel began her real estate career in 2008. She began her real estate career selling bank foreclosures and short sales. Rachel has turned her focus to assisting home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals through traditional sales. She has worked with several brokers including Carrington Real Estate Services, Virtual Properties Realty, Palmer House Properties and Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty where she sharpened her marketing skills. In December of 2019 Rachel brought her skills and dedication to eXp Realty. When not working with clients Rachel is with her husband and three children attending various activities. Between activities with her daughters Rachel is an ordained minister, serves as the Coordinator of Ministers' Ministry and teaches biblical classes at her church.
