Her knowledge and experience is incredible. No much realtors know what they are talking about but she is so amazing .She is a passionate realtor to work with ! We had a great experience! We just closed on our home with Rachel. Trust me, having a good and experienced realtor matters! Our property had multiple offers and we got accepted! (we tried placing several offers with a different realtor prior, but none of the offers got accepted) Rachel is very knowledgeable and prompt. We are so incredibly grateful we found Rachel Jenness to be our realtor! We discovered her through Zillow after requesting a tour of a property, we chose Rachel because she was laid back and let us be in control, not forcing us to go see properties or pushing us to see the good in homes we just weren’t feeling. She was honest when she saw a reg flag which we needed eyes for as this was our first time looking at homes. She was SOOOOO great with communicating I can not believe how quick to respond she was, and being available to us at all hours! She would send properties to us but wait for us to make the next move, which I really appreciated because I’m a girl who knows what I want so I don’t want to tour when I don’t even like the photos. We truly feel like she became our best friend, biggest cheerleader and the parental protector during this process, everything we needed as first time home buyers. We are so grateful for her not only finding our home but for treating us as if we were her closest relatives looking for our home. We got very blessed to have her placed in our lives and she will now forever be a piece in it!

Rachel was excellent as my agent in buying a new home in Oswego for my granddaughter and me and also in selling the house in Aurora my granddaughter was moving from. In the overheated market we faced as we searched for a new house, Rachel acted swiftly and masterfully to help guide us to a successful purchase of the house we wanted. She seemed to have a sixth sense, which rather surely was an understanding based on her long experience, in knowing what would most likely succeed as an acceptable, yet reasonable, offer for the house. With eight offers to choose from, the sellers chose ours. I was so impressed with Rachel that I selected her to sell the house my granddaughter was moving from. Once again, she was magnificent. Sharing comparables, she worked with me cooperatively and respectfully in establishing a realistic asking price. She made good suggestions for staging, including bringing items of her own into the house for the inspections. She conducted two open houses and received many inquiries and a few offers from prospective purchasers. We were well-pleased with the offer we accepted. The house sold within a relatively short time. And on a personal level, Rachel is a delight to work with.
