I wish we could give more than 5 stars to Rachel. I met Rachel a few years ago at the gym and when it was time for my husband and I to sell our home in Jefferson, Rachel was my first phone call. We had every issue you could ever imagine selling our home, including going through 3 different buyers before closing the deal. Not only was Rachel extremely patient the entire time, she was extremely positive even when Steve and I were ready to explode! She assisted us in sourcing the appropriate resources our property needed in order to close as well as referring us to a great lawyer and title company to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Rachel was always present for our inspections and rearranged her schedule to ensure she could support us.

We also used Rachel to purchase our new home. Rachel asked all of the questions we couldn't think of (or wouldn't have even thought of!) during our showing, and wasn't afraid to negotiate when putting in our offer. She was present for all of these inspections and walk throughs as well and we were grateful for the support. Rachel is now one of our friends and we are so unbelievably thankful to have had her as our realtor!

Rachel is a true professional and was a pleasure to work with. I actually work in the real estate business so I work with many realtors and I knew exactly the type of professional that I was looking for. The sale was complicated since I needed to sell our family home in Lyndhurst but live in a different state, so I interviewed may realtors to find the best one for me. The property meant a lot to our family and I wanted someone that would respect that and work well with my siblings who were also involved in the sale. I selected Rachel and she didn't let me down! Her communications were timely and she always responded promptly to any questions that I had during the sale process. She helped me to set a reasonable price so that that the property could be sold promptly but at its true value. Her fee was reasonable and she earned every penny of it. She helped me find a closing attorney who was also excellent. She made sure that the property was safe since I could not be there to keep an eye on it. In short, she went above and beyond my expectations. She even helped me to make sure that I had all of the required smoke detectors in place and helped clear up open building permits that could hold up the sale. She helped deal with the items that came up during the home inspection. She even arranged for the remaining furniture to be moved out and offered to anyone in need. What more could you possibly want? I would not hesitate to use her again. If you select her, you will be pleasantly surprised!

Beyond her professionalism She help me out with the home inspections by recommending a highly qualified inspector and also suggesting a sewer inspection which turned out to be very beneficial due to there being issues with the sewer line. From our first conversation I knew I was dealing with a professional who knew her stuff. Rachel is so kind, trustworthy, super responsive and I have never met a more positive person than her! She said to me once it’s not “if you sell your house it’s WHEN you sell your house” She makes you feel like she only works for you which is AMAZING! She also has a great group of references if you need anyone for anything she has a reference for it! It only took 5 days to get an offer on my house and under contract, we still have not closed, but she has walked with me every step of the way and for that I am for ever grateful! I cannot recommend Rachel enough, don’t look any further she is your girl!

My husband and I met Rachel a couple years back while apartment hunting. She was hardworking, professional and extremely responsive. She helped us find our apartment and then as soon as we were ready, we called Rachel about finding our dream home. She immediately started working on helping us find our home. When we finally found what we were looking for, Rachel walked us through every step of the process. She is extremely knowledgeable about her work and when working with Rachel, you feel like you’re her only client. Rachel is absolutely fantastic. She helped my wife and I buy our first home, and we couldn't be happier. Rachel is all you could ask for in a realtor: professional, easy to talk to, knowledgeable... the list goes on! At the very start, she provided us with a home-buying guide to help map out the journey and prepare us for the process.
