Rachel was an absolutely incredible agent during our house search. We entered the market during an extremely hectic period, and Rachel guided us through the process with patience, enthusiasm, and knowledge. As first-time homebuyers, we truly appreciated knowing that she was 100% on our side. Plus, as icing on the cake, she caught an omitted detail in our closing costs and saved us a couple thousand bucks!

I cannot emphasize enough how awesome Rachel is! We were selling our home in LaPorte and moving to South Bend. Rachel made sure we got the best offer for our home, weren’t homeless while looking for a new home and closing went smoothly. She worked tirelessly with us looking at homes in South Bend and made sure we found exactly what we wanted. The way Rachel wrote our offer made sure our bid was the best. Rachel makes you feel like you’re her only client. We loved working with Rachel and highly recommend her!

Rachel was THE BEST! She went above and beyond for us. In this crazy market, we found a house within 5 days and then when we sold our house we had 50 showings in 2 days with 23 offers at or above asking. Rachel reminded me on all kinds of things that needed to be done and contacted contractors for me. I can't tell you how helpful she was and how highly I would recommend her.

As a first-time home buyer, Rachel made the house buying process a dream. I told her my wants & needs and she helped me decipher between the two in order to discover my must-haves of the house. She helped find me my perfect home within two weeks and never once made me feel pressured to settle. Rachel was an incredible advocate and helped find a home located in a great area. We closed a week early and we were able to move in 2.5 weeks earlier than expected- just in time for Christmas. I don’t anticipate moving for awhile, but if I do I will definitely be calling Rachel.
