Rachel gets results. The first offer we put in was accepted, and that was because Rachel knows the market. She emphasized that in this market, we put in our best offer up front, if we truly want a property. She is extremely on top of everything, including communication and researching information about the properties of interest. She knows the laws and processes, which makes the process go smoothly for her clients. She herself goes above and beyond for her clients and even encouraged others working with her clients to do the same, which impressed the sellers. We purchased a home a little out of her typical area, but she learned about the area with enthusiasm and we saw 6 homes in 2 days. I would absolutely work with Rachel again. She has a laid back personality, but communicates details and situations directly. Highly, highly recommend her.

Rachel’s knowledge and experience were invaluable. She gave me fantastic advice, was always very professional, and extremely responsive. This made selling my home a breeze. I had multiple offers after the first weekend, and she was able to get me more than my asking price. I would not hesitate to use her again.
