She responded instantly every time I had any questions or concerns...she kept me updated through the entire wait for the offer to come in and she took care of everything all I had to do was show up and sign the closing paperwork! We moved from Florida to Clarkston WA and wanted to have a home to move into.
Rachel did video tours for us, allowing us to see the homes. This included putting her phone into heating ducts. Close up of parts of the houses, multiple trips up and down stairs and more.
She was outstanding and very helpful while willing to go the extra mile (sometimes literally) so we could have a home available when we arrived.
She arranged for paperwork to be electronically signed or overnighter if needed and scheduled public notaries both locally and in Florida.
Would definitely recommend her for selling or buying property.

Rachel is an amazing realtor. We live in Washington and bought a home in Idaho with her help. My local realtor referred us to Rachel, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! She was so helpful during the entire process. No pressure, she accommodated us in every way possible, which was so nice being from out of state. Rachel set up an appt with a home we wanted to see within 24 hrs. She worked around our schedule and responded very quickly to our messages throughout our home purchase. She very honest and upfront. She guided us through a flawless and very quick home purchase. I have never had an easier process buying property and I know Rachel is the reason for it. She gave us tips of how to make the process as easy as possible and we can’t be more thankful for her. Weeks after the closing, she’s still communicating with us to make sure everything is going well. 10/10 customer service and we can’t recommend Rachel high enough!
