When my husband and I decided to list our home, we determined it was important to choose a realtor who knew Alexander county due to the rural areas. I knew Rachel from being the listing agent when we originally purchased the property and decided to give her a call. Rachel was very prompt in her response, came and toured our house, gave her expertise on pricing, and by the end of that week our house was on the market. When we met Rachel we knew she was our realtor due to her professionalism, openness, and how she acted like she had known us for years. Rachel stood by her pricing the entire time, stood by us while making decisions, always kept us updated, and dealt with me being overly stressed assuring me everything would go smoothly, and she was right! We found Rachel through a random Zillow referral and couldn't have been happier that we did. She went above and beyond to help us in this crazy market and we were able to close a week early on our dream property. I'd recommend Rachel to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is incredible to work with, and extremely prompt in her replies and follow up. She drove more than 90 minutes each way to look at properties with us that were out in the country.
