Rachel Wilkins was an amazing person to have in my corner during the sale of my downtown condo. She really is one of those above and beyond real estate agents. From listing my home, to late night texts answering even small questions I had, and also amazing communication and updates along the way, Rachel really worked hard to get my home sold and has met all of my expectations for the process as well. I highly recommend using her on any sale or purchase transaction because she has a work ethic that you will need your agent to have in order to get the job done. I am also a mortgage loan officer and I work with real estate agents on a daily basis for my borrowers. I will I could pair Rachel up with my clients because I would have so much peace of mind they are in good hands with her.

Where do I even begin? I guess I should start from the beginning. Earlier this year we were on a journey of purchasing our very 1st home. We had no idea what the entire process entailed but we are so grateful that we got connected to Rachel through a Facebook Post. She shared a photo of land near her home that was for sale and it immediately caught my eye and my husband and I inquired. I didn't know Rachel personally at the time, we were just FB friends through mutual friends/connections. From that moment on, Rachel followed up with my husband and I (consistency but respectfully, she was never pushy) and committed to help us along the journey of finding our DREAM home. I could immediately tell she was trustworthy and genuine. I was transparent with her letting her know that we were currently looking in San Diego but ALSO strongly considering moving out of state for personal reasons. Irregardless Rachel spent countless hours showing us local properties in the area, going over questions of listings and legal terms, and what to expect when buying a home, especially all of the emotions tied to it, etc. I believe she showed us a total of at least 7 homes all over San Diego, even knowing that there was a possibility we would move out of state. Fast forward months later to now, we ended up deciding to purchase and move out of state. Rachel has not once since finding out, lost connection with us. She was still so kind to give us her honest suggestions and feedback even though she knew it wouldn't be her sale. I will forever be grateful to Rachel and will recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone I know looking for a realtor. She means what she says and says what she means, and will do everything in her power to help you find the home of your dreams. If you are a prospective buyer in San Diego, I HIGHLY recommend you use Rachel Wilkins as your realtor. I am confident you will be in THE BEST HANDS! Thank you Rachel for everything!!!!

Where do I begin. I don't have to tell you that trying to find quality agent is like trying to find a quality spouse. Well we hit a jackpot with Rachel WIlkins. We were 1st time home sellers and were very nervous. Rachel made our experience not only seamless, but did so through honesty and integrity. We are in the middle of Covid and so that added to the stress of showing the house. Not only was Rachel able to schedule viewings, but shared all of the schedule with us so that we could be prepared. I wish everything could be that easy. The team that Rachel has picked to work with her from the photographer to the Escrow company are stellar and their professionalism shines. We had 3 days of showings and in escrow in a week. Rachel is a genius when it comes to reading the neighborhood and the market values. There was no question unanswered and no stress not calmed. Knowing how stressed we were toward the end, Rachel brought us a hot dinner, I mean hand delivered! Unheard of, I know. Rachel became a part of our family and she will become a part of yours. Trust is not something that my husband and I give easily and Rachel earned it from us 1000%. If you are looking for an agent that will take care of you like family, Rachel Wilkins is the one for you.
