Rachelle was just great to work with as my Seller’s agent this past year! As a seller of a investment property that first needed a lot of clean up and renovation work, and as an owner living half way across the country, I took great comfort knowing Rachelle was handling everything for me. Rachelle was very attentive to our needs. She took quality time to help us through the selling of our house and explaining various issues. She was most helpful when showing the house when she got a large many bids, i.e., 13 bids, over a single weekend. She worked with us to evaluate the bids. She did a great job negotiating with the buyer's agent to net us an additional $5k over and above the official estimated value of the house. Overall, she did a great job representing us. I recommend her wholeheartedly!
