Rahul Punj

Rahul Punj specializes in Residential, Commercial and small to mid-size multifamily investment properties throughout Tampa, FL. Rahul graduated from North Carolina State University in 1998 with a Master’s in Accounting. He worked as a CPA in financial auditing, internal audit and consulting services in various industries including banking, insurance and real estate investment trusts (REIT) in New York, California and Florida. He has personally invested in small multifamily and commercial properties over the last few years and is now focused on utilizing his background in client service and financial analysis to help client analyze, buy and sell homes in the greater Tampa Bay area.
