Raina Johnson made selling our home seem effortless….for us, anyway! After our initial meeting, Raina handled absolutely everything in a quick and professional manner! Our house was under contract 24 hours after it was listed and we were at the closing table a month later. Everything went incredibly smoothly! Raina went ABOVE and BEYOND. From putting her personal furniture in our empty townhouse for pics and showings, to putting us in contact with (and to a great extent managing) her vendor connections for quick maintenance and repairs (plumbing, yard work etc...) that were needed for a quick sale, she did what was needed to sell the property. We do not live in Baton Rouge, so having her handle these headaches was a huge help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Raina!
