Rainbow Russell

As Broker-In-Charge of CRG Companies, Rainbow oversees all brokerage operations, including over 20 active Realtors® as well as our inside sales team and the on-site sales team at Living Dunes. She joined CRG in 2015 as a Client Care Manager, spearheading the creation of our Client Care Team who serve as the first point of contact for all new real estate leads. She then transitioned to Sales Manager before becoming Broker-In-Charge in 2020. During this time, she was responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing support to our sales team, and managing sales at Living Dunes.

Rainbow holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology from Southwest Missouri State. She is certified as an Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH) by the National Association of Home Builders and is also a licensed Realtor® in South Carolina. Professionally, she has an extensive background in the areas of property management, sales, and marketing of new residential developments.
Rainbow serves on the Community Outreach Committee and Chairs the Housing Committee of The Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, is a member of the Heroes for Children Board of Directors and is guardian ad litem in South Carolina.
