I have worked with Ralph for over a decade - he was our realtor when we bought a house in Sugar Grove, IL, and then to sell that house and to sell another house in Lombard this year (March 2022). Ralph has always been great to work with - he cares about his clients, and goes above and beyond, both in terms of giving thoughtful advice, and in helping through the ups and downs of home hunting or selling. I have recommended him to several friends, and they have all thanked me for the recommendation as well. Ralph is a great guy, and it shows in how he treats his clients!

Ralph listed my house and the entire experience was very positive. He offered great suggestions on how to stage and prepare prior to listing it. I was especially impressed with how responsive Ralph was each time I had questions, which definitely helped to reduce the stress of selling a house. We worked with Ralph to purchase a home in Bartlett. He worked tirelessly to find us the right home for us. Once he was able to determine exactly what we were looking for, he made sure to get us appointments right away so we could get in to see a place before it sold. What a difference a good agent makes! Ralph Binetti is an outstanding real estate agent. The first agent I hired had my house on the market for almost two months and there was only 25 total showings. She let 3 different offers fall through (during the hot market of August 2021) . Once we hired Ralph we had 22 showings in the first four days alone and and 3 offers. We accepted the best offer and Ralph closed the deal within one week of it being listed with him. Ralph is extremely professional and was very helpful along the way. He gave great advice and helped stage the house. He is a super skilled and smart as well as professional and honest. Not to mention he is overall nice guy. You will really enjoy working with him.

Ralph is by far the best realtor we have worked with. He is attentive, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. He always made us feel like we were his only clients. He knows so much about homes and the process, we were blown away by his abilities. He was also very patient as we took a year to find our home. Me and my wife highly recommend working with Ralph. He helped as to buy our first home and the experience was incredibly positive. Ralph is truly knowledgeable, and we really appreciated his honesty. He was never late for a showing. He helps as understanding all the stages of the purchase (each of which was entirely new for us) and recommended vendors (attorneys, inspectors) but did not push if we decided to go a different route. We love the home we found together, and we will continue to refer Ralph to everyone we know. Should we ever have realty needs in the future, Ralph is our choice.
