About Ralph

Ralph has been selling real estate since 1998 and became a broker in 2005. Since then, he has worked to enhance his understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate, to better serve his clients.

A lifelong resident of Morrow, Ohio, Ralph sells residential and commercial properties in Mason, West Chester, Loveland, and Lebanon, as well as all of Butler, Warren, Clinton, and Clermont Counties. He specializes in new construction, resale, and vacant land.

Ralph truly understands the dynamics of the local real estate market and loves to educate his clients to help them make the best decision possible. It is due to this relentless dedication to his clients, that the majority of Ralph's business comes from repeat transactions from past clients and their referrals of their family and friends to Ralph.

Ralph is a member in good standing of the Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, formerly the Warren County Board of Realtors, where he received the Realtor of the Year award in 2004 and was Board President in 2007. Ralph is also a member of the Ohio Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Ralph's listings are placed in both the Cincinnati and Dayton Multiple listing services, giving his clients' listings the best possible exposure.

Ralph believes in helping the community and was a Volunteer Firefighter with The Salem Morrow Fire Department for 43 years,
