Rand was highly recommended to us as one of the top professionals in the area. He demonstrated through his knowledge of the area, thorough market analysis and sensitivity to our needs that he is an expert in his field. We were coming from out of state so Rand's strong communications, attention to details and follow-through were highly valued. He puts the client first and is always available to offer advice and counsel. My wife was raised in the same neighborhood as Rand in northern Utah. Over the years they lost contact with one another but we had heard that Rand had moved to St. George. When we decided to begin our search for a home in the St. George area, we found that Rand was now a realtor with Coldwell Banker Premier. We made an appointment to meet with Rand, whom I had never met, and I was immediately impressed with his professional and friendly demeanor and knowledge of the real estate market in the St. George area. Rand was very patient with us as we were undecided on whether or not to purchase an existing home or purchase a lot and build. After numerous hours looking at homes and lots with Rand, we decided to purchase a lot and build our dream home. Rand represented our interests very well during the negotiations for the lot. He made what at times can be a stressful situation much less stressful. Due to the experience we had working with Rand, we have already referred two of our closest friends to Rand. Each of them is looking for something different in the real estate market. Both have told us thanks for referring them to Rand. They have expressed their appreciation for how hard Rand has worked to find the right property for them. We believe that this speaks highly of Rand's commitment to his clients and is the same service we received. We have family who are now considering a move to southern Utah and they intend to use Rand as their agent based upon our experience with him.
