I have worked with many realtors over the years but Randall and his team went far above my expectations. Not only did he know how to market our house, he knew how to get us the deal we wanted and was there for us every step of the way. We had an issue with the buyers home inspector tearing up our wall during his inspection and Randall had the issue resolved within just a few hours. Even when we had some issues with the buyers and were confused, Randall and his team took care of the issue without me having to be involved. I have respect for him and his team as they handled not only my concerns, but issues that the buyers had. He is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with, He and his team are knowledgable and took away the stress and aggravation of selling a home and dealing with nit picky buyers. Thank you so much!

Randy and Tracy are the best! They are kind, hard-working, attentive, honest, reliable, and always responsive. Randy is extremely knowledgable about the area and taught us so much about what to look for when touring a house, pointing out both the good and bad details to pay attention to in every home we viewed. They were both so patient with us on our long journey to find our first home. They also have a great network of people they connected us with along the way to help make the entire home buying process go as smoothly as possible. Randall and Tracy were both amazing to work with. We were first time home buyers and looking for houses started to seem impossible until we found Randall and Tracy to help us. Randall is very knowledgeable when it comes to letting you know what the important things are to look out for and our favorite phrase of his was always “If you have any questions ask we are here for you, the only stupid questions are the ones you didn’t ask.” They were great at walking us through the process and being by our side through it all! Randall Nosalik, Keller Williams Success Realty deserve more than 5 stars for the excellent and amazing services they provided. I was given the opportunity of seeing many houses in the greater Chicago area well beyond my expectations. They have homes in their portfolio which are diverse and wide range which made it possible for me to buy my first dream home in a gated golf community. My family and I are so thankful to have worked with Randall and Tracy. It has been a journey for us to find our home and they have always made us feel like a priority while answering every question and every call. Randy has a vast amount of experience in the market, resources galore and knowledge about every inch inside and outside a home. This was an unexpected bonus but extremely valuable when making such an important purchase.
We learned so much throughout this process and were updated throughout the entirety. Till the very end they made sure we were taken care of honestly. I cannot recommend them enough, definite blessing.

Every house they found for us to look at was right in the range of specifications we were looking for. I especially liked working with them because they were very down to Earth and able to point out imperfections and suggest improvements with houses that we saw. We were eventually able to land a house that we are happy with and hope to love for a long time! I'm glad they were our realtors!

Randall & Tracy (Team Nosalik) were the perfect realtors for us as first-time sellers of a well-designed 1960s ranch that was well maintained but needed updated. Randall's experience as a former contractor, construction worker, carpenter, and electrician made him well-qualified to help us understand what to fix and what to sell "as is." He and Tracy made selling easy, helping us find great handypeople for last minute minor repairs, cleaning, and hauling. We would jump at the chance to work with them again--as buyers or sellers.
