Randy has lived and worked in Santa Clara Valley for more than 20 years. As an investor, he has successfully bought and sold land, homes and rental properties in Santa Clara County, San Jose, Texas and Seattle, and currently owns and manages several properties. As a former Founder and CEO of design, marketing and branding firms, Randy has worked with some of the most coveted brands in the world, and is considered a global expert in branding and digital marketing. His branding and marketing expertise in combination with his real estate investment experience, offers a unique perspective and value to his clients.

During his down time from real estate, Randy enjoys the spoils of South Bay Living—hiking, mountain biking, tennis, fine-dining, wine-tasting, watching his kids play sports, or working in his 110 year old Mourvèdre vineyard. He is also a professional photographer, wrote and photographed a book in support of Gilroy's homeless, and holds an international technology patent. He currently lives in San Martin with his beautiful wife, and has two wonderful kids in college.
