Randy has had the opportunity and the pleasure of working with Pacific Properties owner and broker, Jerry Worthen. Jerry is a highly successful veteran of Real Estate in Coos Bay for more than 20 years. He has mentored and prepared Randy to take over the family business in the approaching years. Randy served as President for the local Coos County Board of REALTORS in 2007, was voted by his peers as Realtor of the Year for 2008, and is currently the State Director for the local board. Randy has been blessed with success early in his career by being in the Top 5 for the last four years in sales volume in Coos County.

He has an edge over most Realtors in that he was born and raised in Coos Bay and has great knowledge of the community, the market, as well as numerous contacts. He has traveled to the Netherlands, Guatemala, Tasmania, and done some studying in Australia. Randy has served our country in Operation Iraqi Freedom with the U.S. Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer. His deployment took him to Kuwait and throughout Iraq during the height of the War.

Randy is an Oregon State University graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting focus. Randy has received training from ProSchools in Oregon Real Estate topics of Law, Finance, Contracts, Practice, Brokerage, Property Management, and Agency.

Today, Randy is a husband as well as a father to eight beautiful children. Randy prides himself in his work and in doing the best that he can to both provide for his family and provide for yours as well. His family-based attitude often transfers over into his work to help you find the best possible home. Randy is an honest and faithful man who isn't here to simply sell you a house, but to find you a home.
