About Randy
Having come to real estate from a law enforcement background, Randy has a long history of public service and is a face-to-face closer. After doing hundreds of interviews in high-stress situations, he is expert at bringing calm and reassurance to all his interactions and negotiations, and at reading his clients’ needs both spoken and unspoken.
A Long Island resident for most of his life, Randy holds a BBA in Finance and Banking from Hofstra University. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker American Homes as the Branch Manager, Randy was an award winning agent for Douglas Elliman, and prior to that a top 100 agent for Century 21. He enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and family dogs, and plays golf (not well) whenever he can.
With a heart for giving, Randy donates a percentage of his commission to charity on behalf of his clients.

Randy has handled two real estate transactions for my family and me. He is a pleasure to work with. He responds quickly to questions and requests. All in all, a great realtor. Highly recommended.

Realtor Randy is the best! He helped us sell our mother’s house and purchase another house. He was always there when we needed him. He gets right back to you when you call or text him. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their house!! I give him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We got the house cause of Randy. I stand firmly behind that bold statement. In this crazy NY/LI market, it was ultimately Randy's superb communication skills and attentive ear to our needs that landed us our dream home. I have dealt with numerous realtors in the past (redfin, other D.E realtors) and all of them were either pushy, terrible at communication or did not give enough importance to our needs. In this ultra competitive market, thats usually the difference between getting an accepted offer or being a backup offer- even if your offer financially succeeds. As mentioned earlier, Randy possess an innate quality to be very understanding, friendly and open all while being aggressive on your behalf with opposite agents, attorneys, loan officers, etc. We never once felt pressured by Randy. We saw a handful of homes, and each time we would ask Randy he would get us a showing asap. I would estimate over 70% of the homes we saw we were the first viewing (including the home we got!) We never had a hard time reaching Randy, and any questions we asked him (regarding a listing, advice, etc.) we got a response and answer asap. Anyone can be a realtor, I've seen my fair share. It takes a special passion and drive to be a great realtor, and these are all traits Randy possess. I would recommend Randy to anyone who is looking to buy a house; regardless of the level of interest and desire. Randy is friendly, courteous, always on time and very good with communicating and giving sound, honest, advice. He doesn't want your sale, he puts your needs above all else. Randy, you're our realtor for life, and more importantly, now a friend. Thanks for everything."
