About Randy

Hi! I'm Randy Kozelka, and I'm a longtime entrepreneur in the Prairie du Chien region. In fact, it was the love of helping others through various business ventures that ultimately led me to launch the real estate brokerage, Re/Max Ridge-N-River Realty in 2010. I am licensed in Wisconsin and Iowa, so I am able to assist you either side of the Mississippi river!

Since then the business has been growing each year due primary to being honest, experience, knowledge of the local market, ability to negotiate, and expertise in handling all of the details of the contracts involved in a real estate transaction.

I have been named to the 100% Club for Re/Max beginning in 2010. I was also named to the Top 10,000 agents in the United States by Real Trends Magazine three different times, which ranks thousands of top producing agents from across the nation. I continuously rank in the top 25 Re/Max agents in the state of Wisconsin as well. I also received quite an honor in October of 2015 by receiving a cover spot and featured article in “Top Agent Magazine" and again in 2016.

Our office is proud to participate in community events such as the St. Patrick’s Day Parade & the Holiday Parade where we have our big Re/Max parade unit. We have sponsored a local girl’s 7th & 8th grade softball team, 5th & 6th grade boy's baseball teams and are a Platinum Sponsor at the PDC High School which supports all athletics. This is just to name a few! We sponsor many events and we are dedicated to our community. We don’t just help buyers and sellers. We help our community.

With a thriving business, a wife and 4 children it is a busy time in my life, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy boating and fishing in the summer, and snowmobiling and skiing in the winter.

I will continue to strive to be the best I can be in serving my customers and clients, and I mean it when I say “Our Heart is Where Your Home is!”
