About Randy

Randy is a REALTOR® with the Rockhill Real Estate Group. Since 2018, Randy has sold countless properties in the Manhattan area and throughout Riley County and Pottawatomie County. As a former bank loan officer for 16 plus years, Randy gathered a vast amount of experience working with clients in Manhattan and the surrounding communities with consumer real estate, new construction, commercial real estate, and rural/agricultural property loans. His clients describe him as honest, kind, compassionate, hardworking, and knowledgeable. He will put the client's interests first.

Randy has lived most of his life in the northern Pottawatomie County town of Wheaton, Kansas. He graduated from Kansas State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He also received a diploma from the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining the Rockhill Real Estate Group, he worked in the banking industry primarily as a lender and also as a compliance officer. Prior to banking, he was active in local government being elected as the Pottawatomie County Treasurer in 1996 and again in 2000. He grew up working for his parent's family business at Kufahl Hardware Company in Wheaton.

Randy and his wife, Kari have five children and five grandchildren. Kari has been an elementary school teacher at Westmoreland Elementary School for 36 years. The Kufahl's enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren, and attending Kansas State University sporting events. Randy is and has been very active in many community organizations, local school board, and in his church.
