Born and raised in the city of ‘brotherly love’, Philadelphia, Randy brings a no-nonsense, yet caring and genuine approach to his clients. Growing up as a gymnast - both as a student and later a coach, Randy’s work ethic reflects that sports’ required dedication and rigor, ensuring his clients receive the personalized, nuanced, stellar service they deserve.
Randy graduated honors from Fielding University earning his Masters in Organizational Management . Always looking for new challenges and ways build his arsenal of skills, in 2015 Randy passed the notoriously difficult Project Management Professional exam to earn his PMP. A resident of DC for 17 years, Randy has worked leadership roles and managed large teams for Bank of America, Apple, and Pottery Barn. His skill set reflects that experience whether he is reviewing a lender estimate, nervous first-time buyers, selecting inventory, staging property, sellers, partnering, developers, and helping clients incorporate smart tech into new construction.
Randy is a tireless advocate animal rights supports both national organizations such as the ASPCA as well as local rescue efforts like Dogs. He can be found with his partner Daren Phillips, their dog Sadie, an Anatolian Shepherd mix, at the dog park at 17th and New Hampshire, or strolling Meridian Hill.
