I have been an active Realtor since 1988, first as a Real Estate Salesperson, then Associate Broker with Weichert in1993 and then Managing Broker for the Jim Weichert Kingston Office in 2001. I managed Jim Weichert's Kingston office from 2001 to 2012....when my wife Terry Spiesman and I purchased the office from Jim Weichert and became a Weichert Affiliate office. I am a lifetime Kingston area resident, currently residing in Hurley with my wife Terry. I am currently Past President of the Ulster County Board of Realtors and have served on the Hudson Valley Catskill Region Multiple Listing Board as its President. Also I was past President of the Weichert Upstate NY Broker's Council. In 2023, I was honored to receive the Realtor of the Year Award for my service to the Ulster County Board of Realtors for the past 36 years. Over the years, I have worked with thousands of clients and serve to help them either sell their home or find a home in our fabulous Hudson Valley area. My office is a member of 4 Multiple Listing services in the area and our website has virtually all the listings in the entire southeastern state of NY.
