Ranee is the BEST of the BEST! She is so detail-oriented, professional, organized, and you’re biggest fan when looking for your forever home. Have a list of “must haves” for your home? Ranee will help you check off every box. We toured so many homes and in each home she was able to bring her knowledge to the table to help us understand certain aspects that first time home buyers would not think of. As someone who is an over thinker and gets easily overwhelmed, Ranee’s expertise helped alleviate
those feelings as looking for your first home in a major new chapter in your life! I cannot have asked for a better agent. I highly recommend Ranee for finding your next forever home. She is the best in the state hands down! I’m now sitting in my new home thanks to her and her diligence!

Ms Renae went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed. She showed us properties that many other realtors required to learn about and gave us valuable insights into the local market. SHe was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making himself available on short notice when necessary, she had us closed quietly .

Ranee has a great sense of humor and learns quickly what you're looking for and taylor's her recommendations to suit your budget. If you're bank is dropping then ball on you, as mine was, she can offer better options. She thoroughly checks comps in the area to ensure you are not overbidding on a property that will leave you underwater. Ranee kept me informed of the entire process from start to finish and was so patient with me as I was so nervous and answered ALL of my questions. She treated me like I was buying a $1,000,000 home and I was FAR from doing that. If you're in the market, seek out Ranee. You'll be glad you did!

Ranee was an amazing partner for our new home search and added so much value when it came time to make an offer, handle inspections, renovations and moving. She went to bat for us in several key moments and got the job done!

Every house viewing outing with Ranee was a learning experience for us and she was patient and helpful without ever showing frustration when a house wasn't right. She understood what we wanted and tirelessly showed us options until we found the one! I even bothered her on vacation!!! (But I didn't know it till much later!!!)
