I hired Raneem's services for the sale of two homes and purchase of 1 in a span of 4 months. She engaged with top level staging talent and gave peace of mind during a highly volatile housing market. Her negotiation skills have proven to be a great asset when listing our property for max returns. But most of all, the grace and determination she showcases to serve her clients is what sold me.

Add Ernesto (licensed contractor) to consult with regarding home repair questions, and you have a 1-2 punch that is rare to find in the DMV.
