About Rania
Rania has always loved architecture, design, homes, details, and learning about new cultures. This perhaps stems from her childhood in Lebanon, growing up among historic, thousand-year-old churches, temples, and homes blended with modern architecture. She grew up in a family that actively invested in real estate and believed homeownership was the first step to wealth.
Rania moved to Lubbock in 1996, shortly after she and her husband got married. She began her real estate career in 2009 after staying home to raise their children. Her family consists of her husband, Fadi, and three handsome boys. Jad is in medical school at TTU, Sami is a sophomore at TTU, and Omar, a junior at Lubbock Cooper High School.
She is always up to meet a challenge head-on and looks at each real estate deal as a new challenge, making her more passionate about her career and helping her clients reach their goals.
As a real estate professional, a spirit of lifelong learning is critical for her career. Her goal is to seek every opportunity to gain knowledge of every element of her business, keep moving forward in her career, and help people reach the American Dream.
She constantly attends educational classes and training through WestMark, Realtors, Lubbock Association of Realtors, and Texas and National Association of Realtors. Ranis has been an investor in TREPAC since 2010. The mission of the political action committee is to raise and disburse funds that promote homeownership, protect real-property rights, and increase political awareness. In her opinion, owning a home is a must for a healthy, wealthy, family-oriented community.
Trust is essential in a real estate transaction, especially in today's competitive, hot market. Rania always provides her client with her best, confident advice that could save them money and help them make better decisions when buying or selling.
Rania is so grateful to everyone who puts their trust in her. She takes pride in the success and reputation throughout her career. Most importantly, she cherishes valuable connections and lifelong friendships.
People make a living by what they get, but they make a life by what they give.
Rania wishes to keep growing and serving her clients and her Lubbock community. The fulfilling feeling of giving back and contributing to her society is unparalleled.
