Ranjani is an amazing realtor that helped us (out of state residents) find our first primary residence in WA.

When we planned our trip to WA to explore the area, she diligently planned to showcase the entire area but was also able to quickly adapt to our likes/dislikes based on the first day and cater the latter half of the trip to prioritizing the ones that she knew we’d like - we decided to purchase one of those (so she was spot on with her read of our needs).

It was a seamless experience from start to finish. I met Ranjani through some mutual contacts. She introduced me to a wonderful lender at First Tech Credit Union who was much better than any of the other lenders I had spoken too. We started searching home in 2019 and Ranjani was the first person I had reached out. She gave us appropriate guidance and reality checks as required(sometimes you need that 🤣) . However we stopped our searching and moved into an passive mode throughout 2020 and when in 2021 we came back to the market our criteria were defined and we looked at two home didn’t fit into our budget. Buying a house nowadays is not easy as it used to be earlier. The market dynamics are too complex to assess the right price and take a good decision. We were so fortunate to have connected with Ranjani to buy a home in the suburbs of Seattle. Our first conversation with her left us feeling like we had gained a lot of valuable information about the housing market. We have recently relocated from India and had no idea on how buying a home works here. A house is made of bricks and beams and a home is made of hopes and dreams. After spending almost years for hunting for one such home where we can build memories, Ranjani helped bring that dream to reality.

Since we were new to Washington and new to home buying process we needed extra help throughout the whole process. After switching through multiple realtors we met Ranjani and were impressed by her following traits -

1) Local Real estate knowledge - This was the most crucial factor where we were seeking a realtor help. We were house hunting based on results from searches, word of mouth and Facebook posts. Our house hunting process was streamlined when we started working with Ranjani. With her experience and expertise she was able to quickly gauge our interests/requirements and suggest matching housing pockets which would be ideal for us. This saved us a lot of time and effort and ensured we looked houses in the right places.

2) Responsiveness - This is must for a realtor, Ranjini was always available. Be it discussions about the home buying process, housing tours, offers, etc. This helped alleviate the frustration, panic and stress that creeps in during the house buying process. We used to bombard her with questions and she always replied in a timely manner.

3) Expertise in the home buying process - Ranjani and her team are great with numbers and research. Her attention to detail and knowledge about the housing market is awesome. With good and accurate data it was easy for us to make informed decisions with her guidance. When our appraisal felt short she was quick to get all the supporting data that was needed to dispute it and helped us win the dispute.

While showing different homes in 6 months, we never felt that she was pushing us to make any decisions, she was there to share her feedback and her assessment of the property and then stepped back to allow us make the decision, while helping us.

She is an expert negotiator and on numerous occasions got us close to winning, and on our last offer she won us the dream home. This was despite the fact that there were competing all cash offers.

This being a sellers market like no other, and if there is someone you can trust to get you a house in this Market it's Ranjani and her team. She is such a perfect mix of persistence, perseverance and being proactive that I strongly recommend her.

I first met Ranjani 3 years back when I attended her "First Time Home Buyers" workshop, which was very informative in getting to know how the housing market works and what to do and what not do while searching for homes.

Back then I was not looking to buying a home yet, but kept Ranjani in my contact list for future. 3 years later, my husband and I decided to get in touch with her when we started actively looking for homes.

After 2 months of going around to open houses, we got Ranjani onboard and she jumped in immediately to help us. She is great in educating her clients about the usually overlooked details about homes like sewage connections, fire stations, neighborhood, etc.

Ranjani has an extensive knowledge on location/pricing/market conditions and that is very useful for the buyers. Over the time, buyers gain confidence in such agents like Ranjani and rely on for their expert advice. I have been looking into houses for 4 years, markets changed ever since. She recommended some homes and she said no to certain houses as well, even after we liked it (later we found the decision was right to leave certain homes). We seldom talked about market conditions, that became true over the time and those decisions influenced the time to purchase to gain max. In this recent house, even after busy schedule, she could take out some time to show the house in hours after showing my interest. She opened up some ideas on what to look in the house and did lot of background work to checking the market value of the house and effectively negotiated. At one time, she asked me not to offer more than certain price. She recommended good lender, who happened to give the best rate possible after an extensive market search for good rates. She hand held us throughout entire process, proactively reached out to lender/escrow/listing agent to keep them in loop, expediating some processes and informing me back on the status. Home buying/selling is a major life event and you need a really trustworthy person to seek help from. There is a famous saying for anyone doing business - "Obsess about customers, not competitors.". Ranjani is an example of someone who exceeds what I have mentioned above.

I had bought the Woodinville home in 2017 with her being the buying agent, and now she helped me sell the same home. From the first call I made, to the listing, it took exactly 2 weeks to show up on MLS. By that time, we moved out, did all paperwork, pre-inspected, deep cleaned, staged and photographed. Nothing would have been possible without an agent that excels in meticulous planning.

What is special about Ranjani is she knows in depth of the whole process end-end. Any questions you ask, she is there with all the answers immediately. Her suggestions on handyman, staging company, inspection, photography were top notch and even if one had missed the appointment, I wouldn't have been able to list it on time.

Being first-time home buyers, we had very little knowledge about the whole process and were stressing out on shortlisting neighborhoods we want to move in. I’m a first-time homebuyer, with which naturally comes all the anxiety and trepidation of one of the biggest events in your life. Ranjani was extremely valuable in mitigating the stress of the process many folds.

Her most valuable trait, in my opinion, is that she perfectly understood what I wanted through multiple conversations and clarifications. The homes she brought to me for viewing reflected her diligence in this regard. Going through multiple homes to choose your perfect new house is nerve wracking, and she made it easier for me by filtering based on what she thought I would like best (so well sometimes it felt telepathic). Especially since I started the search remotely from San Diego, our first few conversations were over the phone and Ranjani was patient and knowledgeable; and made me feel like I was in the Greater Seattle Area the whole time.

I was a complete novice in the beginning, with regards to the process and how to go about it. Starting with the search itself, the bank contacts to get the mortgage loan, the negotiation, the offer, etc., it would be an understatement to say she was along for every step of the way. During this very confusing climate due to covid where every step is complicated, her guidance was essential, and I truly appreciated her candor and professionalism throughout.

She’s a great person, very affable and genuine, always with a smile on her face, an absolute joy to work with – so much so that it felt like working with a friend. She was always available for questions or concerns, early in the morning and later in the evening. She was always on top of the entire process and communicated everything to me punctually.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Ranjani. She is responsive - was quick in booking touring appointments for us - and she is pretty resourceful - it was surprising to see how much she knows about the different aspects of home-buying, at every stage in the process. For example, she would know about the best neighborhoods for your requirements, the different builders, different construction types, materials used, etc. She would also provide insights on the most competitive lenders, insurance providers, even the best gardeners/handymen in the neighborhood!

Home-buying process is going to need you to be both emotional and rational at the same time. This is not easy. So it is good to have someone play the other "rational" role for you. For example, we were very excited about a couple houses we toured the first week, but that was just an instinctive response to the looks of the house. Ranjani however would then give her unbiased perspective and list out both the pros and cons. It is important for an agent to do this sure, but Ranjani does this well - she is sensitive, at the same time, honest. And I think in retrospect that was super helpful in our decision. Her goal was to not just buy us any house, but one that we would like and enjoy living in in the long run.

After touring more than a dozen houses, we made an offer for a house which got accepted right away thanks to Ranjani. Once we communicated to her that we really liked this house, she scheduled a pre-inspection, helped us prepare a good offer, was in constant touch with the sellers' agent, and ensured we secured the deal. Agreed there are many factors involved in your offer getting accepted, including your own price sensitivities, research, and decisiveness etc. but an important factor is your agent. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a house - new or resale - to go with Ranjani.

From the day we met her in person, she completely changed our opinion about agents in home buying process. She's very knowledgeable, patient and well connected with different people involved in real-estate purchase and this made things move faster for us. Due to COVID and the way home tours are managed with appointments, she was very flexible in getting us home tour appointments when needed, and for few homes she toured with us in late evenings with a very short notice. First time home buying can be quite stressful. I am really glad we found Ranjani. She was extremely professional and thoroughly walked us through the whole buying process which I had no idea of. I was under the impression that it was mandatory to put 20% down for buying a home. She explained me why it’s a wise decision to go ahead even with 10% down payment that I could afford. She was very proactive and sent us listings every week to identify the right house for us. Ranjani was recommended to us by our friends who bought home recently. My friends just said “Seek her help. You cannot not go wrong with her”. We trusted them and we sought her help in finding our dream home. My friends are right. We had an awesome experience with her. She helped us understand all the real estate terms, guided us perfectly all the way till closing. Mainly we did not have much idea on the house type we wanted. We highly recommend Ranjani. She is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and patient.
We are first time buyers and she started off the process by explaining in detail about the overall process – all the terms involved and contingencies etc. This knowledge helped tremendously in making informed decisions throughout the process. During the entire buying process, she was always on top of things, she worked closely with the seller’s agent, ensured we were informed, worked with us extensively to discuss next steps and ensured we understand what each step entails spending hours in discussions with us.
She has an exhaustive list of “best of the lot” contacts for all home related work that tremendously helps during and after the buying process.
Overall the process was very smooth, we would highly recommend Ranjani as the real estate agent to anyone for a perfect home buying experience!

I would definitely recommend Ranjani to anyone looking for buying a house. She is Amazing!!! She was quick, thorough and responsive,while made sure all info was provided and understood. She was proactive during the process , especially when when the sellers agent was not responsive, she made sure to follow up with the agent until we got the information we needed. It is hard to find a realtor who is so dedicated and responsive.
We had a property we liked however it had many twists and turns, yet she worked tirelessly to make our offer accepted. There was a lot of back and forth with the sellers agent but she was patient throughout the entire communication chain.

My wife and I are first time homebuyers, and we just bought a 2 bed condo in Seattle's Belltown area. Ranjani was our agent who helped us through the entire process.

Ranjani did a fantastic job on many fronts
1) She negotiated with the sellers over 2 days to get us a great price for this condo ($9000 less than listing price!)
2) She worked with multiple banks over the course of a month, during which time the banks made many mistakes in underwriting our loan and Ranjani worked diligently to get us a final loan offer.
3) And through this month long stressful process (stressful purely due to the banks), Ranjani guided us and helped us decide at each step whether we want to move forward, or back out of the process. She was an invaluable guide in this journey.

Now we've been in this new home for a month, and we're very very happy with our purchase.

We owe this to Ranjani, and we'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in the Seattle or surrounding areas!

Recently we sold and bought home both with with Ms. Ranjani as realtor. In this case Im writing about my experience in selling my condo. I can largely justify all the high points I have given in this review. Ranjani is a thorough professional who is very passionate with her work. She is very knowledgeable about the market, understands you as a customer very well and present things accordingly. She presented my wife & me with all possible situations in the market and later cropped it to cater our need. Her expertise helped us to price the home right and ended up selling it more than it. She is very proactive that she even learnt about buyers history before presenting the offers to us. She had even contacted the potential buyers loan agents much earlier to inquire about ability of the buyers. This helped us a lot to make a critical decision within a very short time. As a seller knowing such details will give you peace of mind and satisfaction.
