Raquel helped us sell our house and that she did….in 3 days!!!! She told us exactly what to do and jumped on pictures and an open house the same week. Absolute professional and the best real estate agent I ever hired! Unbelievable person! Always honest and fair! She makes herself available to you all the time and is the sweetest person alive! Her negotiating skills are second to none and she’s not even aggressive about it…she’s just got a way with people! This was an estate sale, and as I was the Executor for my sister's estate, it was my responsibility to list and sell the property. So, on top of dealing with the death of my sister, I also had this to take care of. All I have heard through the years is how stressful selling a home is. Well, Raquel made my first time painless and stress free! She was very thorough, patient and was with me through the entire process from beginning to end! Raquel helped my wife and I buy our new house and I cannot recommend her enough. She was very trustworthy and we did not feel that she was pressuring us to buy, but wanted us to find the right house. I was someone who was skeptical of real estate agents but Raquel helped ease those concerns. She will advocate for you and is prompt and extremely hard working. We used Raguel to buy and sell our home. She came to visit our house and convinced us that we could get top dollar for our house without having to do a lot of work. Her marketing before the house was officially listed created a great deal of interest and numerous showings booked in the first few days. The house was under contract within days for over list price.
When we were ready to buy a new home we warned her that we were going to picky as we had a lot of things we were looking for. Raquel and her team we great during this process and helped us find the perfect home that checked all the boxes we needed. Raquel's team helped negotiate closing credits on the house that we were buying, which made it much easier to help us make it ours before we moved in.
Raquel and her team are awesome and extremely helpful. I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

My wife and I can’t recommend Raquel enough! She truly was working in our best interest and we felt comfortable with her every step of the way. We were looking for a home in late 2022 when there was a lot of uncertainty with the housing market. Interests rates were up, but home prices hadn’t really budged since the banner year in 2021. Raquel’s knowledge, due diligence, and effective communication through the negotiation process led to us going under contract at ~15% under asking, not long after homes in the neighborhood we’re going for well over asking.

We loved the home and Raquel could have easily guided us to a higher offer and a larger commission for herself, but she didn’t. She wanted what was best for us and, again, it was very apparent she cared for us and was working in our best interest.

We were thrilled to close on our home, but it was bittersweet because it meant we wouldn’t be working and talking with Raquel on a daily basis anymore. If you’re looking for a realtor who cares for you, makes you feel comfortable, is quick to respond, and will truly be working in your best interest to secure the home you love…look no further than Raquel!

Raquel did a great job with the sale of our father's house. We had a goal of selling the home by the end of the year and we were able to close before Thanksgiving. The house was built in the '70s and needed foundation repair and radon remediation. Raquel has a team of reliable and, more importantly, fast contractors and an attorney who were able to complete the repairs on short notice and negotiate a fair agreement for the closing. We were even able to move the closing up a week! We are so glad we made the decision to work with Raquel and the Goggin Real Estate team.

We knew Raquel before she was our agent (lived in a great neighborhood together:)). There was no question that she’d be the one and only to sell our house! Little did we know CO-VID would hit when we listed our house for sale. We were scared on not knowing what we should do, but Raquel was there for us through it all encouraging us to do what was best for our family. She had our house sold within 3 days! We were initially hesitant to go with a lesser known realty company, and a lady we hadn’t heard of. I’m glad I went with our gut feeling on this one.
