About Raquel

Born in Colorado and a long-term Utah resident Raquel has a unique understanding of homes along the Wasatch Front, specifically Davis and Weber Counties.

After serving 27 years in the USAF Raquel retired as a Chief Master Sergeant; the ninth, and highest enlisted rank and an amazing accomplishment as only 1% of the military achieve the rank of Chief. Raquel has been successful in transitioning her leadership and communication skills to the real estate arena. While serving in the military Raquel completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and completed her certification as a Real Estate Appraiser.

Raquel is dedicated to helping her clients obtain their real estate goals. Her passion for finding the right fit for each individual has been a major contributor to her success. She has a personal understanding working with military members and easily guides them through their relocation experience. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them to achieve their dreams.

Raquel was incredible!! We used a VA loan, and she knew exactly which lender we should work with to get a great rate and very quick closing. She has so many local connections, including knowing the seller's agent, the seller, contractors to help with inspections, and more. She knew details about every neighborhood we saw houses in. She even helped us think through pricing for a potential rental unit. She's an expert! And on top of that, she was so much fun to see houses with - funny and candid. She fought for us every step of the way, not letting deadlines slip by and making sure we got a great deal. Work with her if you can.

Raquel made buying a house very, very, easy. She did more leg work than I could have ever asked anyone to do and also negotiated a great deal when we finally did find the house we wanted. She answered our calls at almost any hour. She had or found an answer to every question we asked as well. I will always send anyone looking for a home to Raquel first!
