Raquel is a master at her craft and that inspires me to achieve more in my life. She is more than just a realtor, to me she is somebody that I can call on a rainy day to just talk about life. My husband and I have have purchased a home, as well as most recently sold a home with Raquel and I can not say enough about what a hard working professional Raquel is. Raquel always delivers!! She is attentive and her timing is always on point. She knows this business inside and out and it shows. There is not a problem that Raquel can not solve and she is alway one step ahead and prepared for anything. Raquel’s services were endless as she coordinated paint, counters, appliances, flooring, hardware, landscaping and staging. I highly recommend Raquel wether you are buying or selling a home. Raquel is amazing! We have worked with her through multiple home sales and purchases. We could not be more pleased with her efforts. Raquel has a great communication style and she provides timely responses to all of our needs throughout the processes. She provides assistance throughout. Raquel's support teams were all professional and super helpful in moving out/in to a home. Her instincts are spot on when it comes to making the best offer or getting the best sale price. RAQUEL PEREZ-MCDONALD Is the best Realtor i have known, helpful in any way. Very professional, responsive and treats you like family. I bought a house through her and sold it by her. My house was sold within 4 days of giving her the ok to listed. Sold the house for more than what the bank evaluation was. Very helpful in getting the house clean and ready for the next owner. I highly recommend Raquel, she is great!!!
