About Raul

Having lived in the area for years, Raul has enjoyed getting to know the various cities within Hampton Roads. He lived in Hampton and Newport News before making the move up to Williamsburg. Every city here has something new to offer to its residents and he is happy to share what he has learned with clients! He was brought to Virginia by the U.S. Air Force and started his career in real estate shortly after separating from the military. He values supporting our military community and appreciates their service to our country. Soon after getting his real estate license, he joined one of Hampton Roads’ top real estate groups and contributed to the development and growth of the team. As a leading agent for several years, he found himself outgrowing the team based on where their long-term vision, which led him to develop and grow Prospera Real Estate Group with the help of his beautiful wife and business partner, Ariana. He is strongly committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it is buying or selling, through his consistent work ethic and genuine care.
