Raul grew up in the Carson City area and has been part of the local community for over 20 years. His personal experience as homeowner and realtor in Nevada, provides his clients with the peace of mind, in knowing that he will use his expertise when guiding buyers to obtain the best value for their dream home and assisting sellers to a smooth, stress-free sale of their home. He always keeps his clients’ best interests at heart.
As a professional he takes his fiduciary responsibilities very seriously, therefore will communicate with his clients before delivering counteroffers in negotiations and contract-related communications in a fashion that best suits their needs. Fluent both in Spanish and English, his clients can feel sure he will be there ready to assist whenever needed.
In his free time, Raul enjoys spending time with his family exploring Nevada hiking trails, playing his bass guitar at his local church, fixing up his classic truck, or just finishing a home project.
