Ravi went above and beyond from the first tour to closing. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions/hesitation, and he answered every single one with patience and clarity, never any pressure. He truly listened to our needs, curated showings that fit our wish list, and has a real knack for finding the right home.

Where he really shines is on financing and follow-through. He proactively coordinated with our lender, made sure every document and condition was handled, and kept each deadline perfectly on track. Simply put, I don't think anyone can beat the rates he can get us, and that made a real difference in our monthly payment.

He also guided us on offer strategy, inspections, and timelines with smart, honest advice that protected our interests while keeping things moving. We always knew what was coming next because he communicated early and often.

I recently closed in on a home that Ravi helped me buy. Though it was really tough getting under contract during this crazy covid market, Ravi really worked with our interests in mind. As a first time home buyer we had several questions about the process and about the home we were purchasing - he patiently answered every single question for us. He was available to take calls any time and if he missed my call he would make sure to call me back. We felt really happy on how he dealt with the last minute sales price & closing date adjustment we had to do.
