A family member highly recommended Ray Gernhart to me when I was considering selling my house. Ray was very experienced and extremely helpful to offer advice and tips. Then my circumstances changed, I ended up needing to buy instead. Ray then immediately helped me locking a good deal in a very timely manner. I've been living in the new home for 2 months and very happy about the convenient location, the community and the value of the property. Ray is the most professional real estate agent I've ever encountered. I agree with the previous review that he's worth 10 stars. And thanks to his entire highly competent team.

I need a platinum 6th star for Ray! This review is an update from my buying experience to now selling. Also, this is not only a review of Ray and his team's phenomenal service but a thank you. As a military member, moving every 3 years is one of the most stressful parts of our job and Ray made that experience as least stressful helping me buy a home and then helping me sell my home. Ray and his team go beyond what other realtors do. I felt like I was someone buying and selling a multi million dollar property when dealing with them. When I purchased the home Ray ensured I was able to close during covid so I would not have to live on base. When I sold the home I only had to provide information, Ray took care of EVERYTHING. When I contacted Ray about selling, he met me and went over the exact the process and strategy of selling the home and had research info to help me understand the 'why'. He went through the home advising what I needed to do to prepare and even told me not to bother with some work I had planned saving me time and money. After meeting, he scheduled all photography to work with my schedule and arranged appointment showings schedules that worked for me. Even the day before closing the dryer belt broke and though I stressed over it because I had to leave town, Ray calmly said he would handle it and the next day a repairman was there and fixed it. For the closing he recommended all companies to close and gave them my schedule to work with. Customer service is a dying art but Ray truly understands customer service and takes care of you like you are his #1 customer. I have purchased 5 homes through my career and any realtor can get you in and out of a home, but there is definitely a difference in the buying/selling experience. If you want the 'luxury spa' realtor treatment vs going through the steps, use Ray and his team.
