Ray did a great job helping us find our beach house on the Outerbanks! His extensive experience and knowledge of the area allowed him to easily guide us through our search and selection. He spent the day showing us around and looking at many homes. When we couldn't be there in person he did some virtual tours with us and was always very gracious and responsive, making us feel like we were his only clients. We never felt any pressure. Since purchasing, he has helped us with vendor referrals who have been amazing in the short period of time we had to do some work before renters came in. We now consider Ray a friend and are so thankful we had the opportunity to work with him!
